Manual Hydraulic Directional Valves

Short version - I'm looking for the part numbers for all the filters (oil, fuel, hydraulic, and air) for a White Field boss 16 (Iseki 2160). I also need to know how to tell when the Transmission fluid / Hydraulic fluid is full. Mine is very low, but I don't see any kind of dip stick or other indicator anywhere. Long version - I was able to pick up my first SCUT a few weeks ago. It's a White Field Boss 16. As I understand it, it's the same as an Iseki 2160.

Anyway, I ordered a service manual for it from Yesterday's Tractor Co. And it came in this week. The service manual does a good job of going down the tear down and assembly process for everything, and has specs like valve clearance and timing, but it doesn't have much of anything for any kind of part numbers. Right now I'm just wanting to get the fluids and filters changed before I start doing anything with it.

Note that there is a small valve(you can see it in fig B) that will pop out of the hole so be sure you have something there to catch it. If you get a stream of oil shooting out of where the lockout valve was installed and the three point goes down, then you have a blockage somewhere in the hydraulic valve system. This is normally.

I've found an oil filter for it by cross referencing the WIX filter that is currently on it. The previous owner mentioned a filter in the Hyd system, but I don't see any reference to it in the service manual, and I can't find one anywhere on it. He said it was a washable screen, but now I'm wondering if he had it confused with one of his other tractors. I'd also like to get a few fuel filters for it if they are still available. Looks like it's a paper cartridge inside a clear bowl.

Kind of like a miniature Golden Rod filter. According to the service manual, the Mitsubishi diesel should use 10W30 oil. Does this sound right? My trucks run 15W40 and I expected this little guy to do the same. Just want to make sure I put the right stuff in it.

What about antifreeze? I drive an old (93) diesel truck, and it needs an SCA additive, and can't use a lot of the newer antifreezes.

Does this tractor just need the plain ol ethylene glycol that everything used to run? Are there certain things that I should make sure to stay away from? I know some of them will eat a steal core, some will eat copper, and some will eat aluminum. Descargar Biblia Vida Plena Gratis Pdf To Word here. Download Noise 2007 Rapidshare Movies. Once again, just want to make sure I get the right stuff in there so I don't ruin anything. Transmission Fluid / Hydraulic fluid.

Now this one really has me stumped. According to the service manual, my transmission case IS my Hydraulic oil reservoir. The fill cap is under the seat, but the service manual doesn't mention anywhere about where to check the fill level. Mine is very low and the 3ph is very slow to rise. I want to add some before I run it much at all and risk burning out the pump. But I don't want to over fill it and damage something.

How do I know when to stop adding the fluid? Also, does anyone have any idea what the output is supposed to be on these pumps?

I'd like to convert an old Diddier log splitter to run on it. The splitter needs a new engine, but it already has new lines and a new cylinder. I'd like to know if the flow on the pump is enough to make it worth my while, or would I need to find a PTO pump to run it on instead of my aux line. Basically, if anyone out there has one of these tractors, I sure could use a little help on some pretty basic stuff so that I can get this thing into operation. Thanks in advance! Not sure if you found any answers yet, but might want to repost in the Bolens (Lawn and Garden Tractors) Forum.

You will never see the hydraulic 'filter', it is a screen that is part of the banjo bolt for the hydraulic supply line (large line going to the pump). The system needs to be drained to clean the filter, but if you're planning on changing oil anyways. There should be a dipstick for the trans level, at least there is on my TX1500, it is located beside the shifter, just looks like a small black knob that pulls straight up, could be easy to miss. As far as what the pump IS and ISN'T capable of running, I don't know, this machine is still pretty new to me and I have yet to finish putting it back together after putting a clutch in it.
